The Project Manager (PM), Architecture at Arete Design Studio (ADS) leads ADS staff to efficiently deliver high quality projects. The PM works within ADS's team culture to establish quality assurance, accuracy, and thoroughness. The PM also supervises scheduling, staff time, change orders, and project costs to minimize rework and ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget.

The Job Captain (JC), Architecture at Arete Design Studio (ADS) coordinates projects to ensure excellence and efficiency. With support from the Project Manager, the JC works within ADS's team culture to establish cooperation and communication with consultants, vendors, and ADS's staff. The JC also completes construction documents and ensures project documents are high quality and accurate.

The Designer, Architecture at Arete Design Studio (ADS) collaborates with ADS Principal and staff to develop functional, innovative design solutions that address client needs. The Designer will coordinate design through the construction document phase of the project.
